- Suggest means of finding project leads.
- Suggest company pursuing private/public work & associated agencies.

- Assist in creating a team (ex: project management, engineering, subcontractor, field super/form)
- Assist in subcontractor selection, bidding, scope & price negotations
- Financial set up (AIA; schedule of valves, cost tracking systems)
- Project risk assessment:
- Identify possible risk like schedule, materials & phasing costs
Project Course Collection
- Assess existing ongoing project
- Identify previous & future pitfalls
- Set up plan with budgeting projections
- Review contract terms to identify any owner related claims
- C/O letters & claim preparations
- C/O negotations
- Valve Engineering
Project Close Out
- Work with project stake holders to compile submission packages as required
- O&M manuals
- Spare parts lists/delivery
- Submittal close outs/rectify all R&R comments
